Refund and Returns Policy

By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure
both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect
and set expectations on our service.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1 to 3 days.

marvelouscrystals.in will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@marvelouscrystals.in and send your item to: Muzafferhusain M Saiyed, Nakrat ni pol, Khambhat, Gujrat 388620, India.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support immediately at : support@marvelouscrystals.in

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

 

Returns

• Contact our customer support team at support@marvelouscrystals.in to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization along with instructions on how to package and send the item back.
• Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documents that came with it.
  
• Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
• If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your return.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund processing time may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.
